We offer free shipping to Hong Kong for orders over HKD 800.
For orders below HKD 800, there is a delivery cost of HKD 40.
Alternatively, you can opt for SF Express Collect Service and pay the delivery fee at the store or locker, or directly to the delivery agent at checkout. Free in-store pickup is also available at our local shop in Tsim Sha Tsui (Shop B231A, K11 MUSEA), with orders typically ready for pickup on the same day of purchase except for pre-order items.

International shipping costs are charged flat rate and it will be calculated automatically at the checkout page when the destination is selected.

Your order will be sent by Hong Kong Post or other equivalent courier with tracking service, please see below for the estimated delivery time. We can also arrange express delivery, please email us for shipping quotation.
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs within the destination country. Any applicable customs or import duties will be assessed upon delivery based on the value of the order, to be paid by the recipient of the shipment. Customs policies vary by country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
We do our best to offer you the most economic rates available and keep it up to date. The rates on our site are discounted rates from actual shipping rates that we may pay the courier based on the volume and weight of your order. However, international shipping rates can be volatile and there may be circumstances where we are not able to honour the rates offered at the time of your checkout. In these rare cases, we’ll email you and inform you of additional costs necessary to fulfil your order. Please be assured we’ll do our best to honour the rates regardless of the higher price we actually pay, however there are times where the shortfall is too much that this may not be possible.

Products with available stock have a preparation time of 1-2 days. The actual shipping time depends on the store's updated logistics settings. Please note that 'pre-order items' may appear as 'available stock' on the product page. The actual pick-up time should be based on the information provided on the product page and the pick-up notification from the store. Products ordered together will be shipped together with the pre-ordered items.
