How to Shop on Mr. Poco Online Store?
Step 1: Choose language and currency
At the top of the page, you can switch between English / Traditional Chinese and select your preferred currency for browsing.
Step 2: Browse product categories
Use the main menu to explore different ranges, for example:
- Back-To-School – ergonomic school bags and school essentials
- Lunch Time – lunch boxes, water bottles, cutlery
- Kids Essentials – daily outing and learning accessories
- Make it Personal! – personalised / name printing items
- Outlet – special offers and clearance items
- Shop All or the search bar – to find specific products.
Step 3: Check product details
On each product page, you can see:
- Size, volume, material
- Recommended age / height
- Key features and care instructions
- Whether it is in stock or a Pre-order, and the estimated shipping time
We recommend reading the description carefully before placing an order. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.
Step 4: Select options and add to cart
- Choose colour, style, pattern and other options (if any).
- Confirm the quantity and click “Add to Cart”.
Repeat if you wish to add more items.
Step 5: Review your cart and apply promo code (if any)
Click the cart icon at the top right to review:
- Items, quantities and subtotal
- If you have a promo / discount code, enter it in the designated box before checkout and click apply.
Step 6: Proceed to checkout and fill in details
Click “Checkout” and follow the on-screen instructions to enter:
- Recipient’s name
- Mobile number and email address
- Delivery address or pickup option (if available)
You may check out as a guest or log in / create an account (depending on current site settings).
Step 7: Choose payment method and complete payment
On the checkout page, select one of the available electronic payment methods and follow the secure payment process.
Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email / message with your order number.
Step 8: Check your order status
If you have a registered account, you can log in to “My Account” to view your order history and status.

2. Important Shopping Notes

2.1 In-stock items vs. Pre-order items
Items marked as “Pre-order” or labelled with an estimated shipping date will be shipped within the indicated timeframe. The actual schedule follows the information on the product page and any later updates from us.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together in one parcel by default.
If you would like in-stock items to be shipped first and pre-order items later, please contact us before or shortly after placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply, subject to our confirmation.
2.2 Personalized / name printing items (Make it Personal!)
Some products offer name printing or personalization (e.g. bottles, lunch boxes, bag accessories). These can be found under “Make it Personal!” or on specific product pages.
When ordering, please follow the instructions on the page and input:
- English name or text to be printed
- Font style, colour and other options (if applicable)
Please double-check spelling and choices before payment.
Once a personalized order is confirmed and paid, it usually cannot be changed or cancelled.
Quality issues (e.g. printing defects or wrong item sent) will be handled according to our official Return Policy.
2.3 Prices and currency display
The website may display prices in different currencies for your convenience. The final chargeable amount and settlement currency follow the information shown at checkout.
Some promotions or offers may only be valid for specific regions or currencies. Please refer to the campaign details for exact terms.
2.4 Order confirmation, changes and cancellation
Once your payment is completed, the system will send you an order confirmation email / message with your order number and details.
If you need to change:
- Delivery address or contact number
- Colour / style / quantity
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to assist, depending on the status of your order.
If the order has already entered the packing / dispatch process or has been handed over to the courier, it may no longer be possible to change or cancel it.
Orders containing personalized or pre-order items are generally less flexible for cancellation. Please consider carefully before placing your order.
2.5 Member account and order records
We recommend creating a Mr. Poco online store account to:
- Save multiple delivery addresses
- View past orders and track current orders
- Receive early updates on new arrivals, limited editions and promotions
If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of our emails or follow the instructions provided.
2.6 Privacy and payment security
The personal data you provide (such as name, phone number, address and email) will only be used for order processing, delivery arrangements, customer service and related purposes. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Payments are processed by recognized third-party payment service providers. Mr. Poco does not store your full credit card information on our servers.
