Online Shopping Flow


Step 1: My Cart
After selecting your favourite items, click “Add to Cart”. You can click the cart icon at the top right at any time to view, remove or increase / decrease the quantity of items.

Step 2: Review Order Details
On the “My Cart” page, check the product name, style, quantity, price and promo code. If needed, you can go back to the product page to make changes.

Step 3: Submit Order
Click “Checkout” and fill in:
  • Recipient’s name
  • Contact phone number
  • Email
  • Delivery address
  • Delivery method
  • Payment method
  • If you have a promo code or referral code, you may enter and apply it in the designated box before checkout.
After confirming that all information is correct, click “Proceed to Checkout”.

Step 4: Go to Checkout and Fill in Details
Follow the instructions on the checkout page to enter:
  • Recipient's name
  • Recipient's phone number
You may choose to log in to your account or check out as a guest.
Members can go to “Account” at any time to view or update personal information, send messages, check orders and track products, making the shopping experience smoother and more convenient.

After confirming everything is correct, click “Submit Order”.

Step 5: Staff Confirmation & Payment
Once the website successfully receives your payment, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email / message, including the order number and order details. Our staff will review the order and payment. If any additional information or special arrangement is needed, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, depending on the order processing status.

Once the order has entered the packing / dispatch process or has been handed over to the logistics company, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it. Thank you for your understanding.

Step 6: Delivery / Pick-up
After the order is confirmed and successfully arranged for shipment, you will receive a logistics notification or tracking number. Please follow the instructions to receive the parcel or pick it up at the designated location.

Step 7: Order Completed
After receiving the goods, please first check the quantity and condition of the items.
If you have any questions about the products, please contact us within the specified period.

Step 8: Complete a Product Review for Warranty Upgrade & Rewards
After you have received and tried the product, you are welcome to log in to your account and go to “Order History” or the product page to rate and review the item.
Successful submission of a review may give you the chance to receive extra rewards / e-coupons, or take part in warranty upgrade promotions for designated brands (details are subject to the latest campaigns and terms on our website).

Personalized Name-Printing Products
  • Please double-check the spelling and options before making payment. Once an order for personalized items is confirmed, it usually cannot be changed or cancelled. Product issues will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
