We are pleased to offer a 7-day return and exchange policy starting from the day you receive your order. Please send an email to eshop@mrpoco.com to process your return or exchange. Any exchanges are subject to actual stock availability in terms of size and color. For refunds requested that are not due to product quality issues, we will deduct an administrative fee of HK$50 or 5% (whichever is higher) and arrange the refund via check or alternative methods. Customers can also choose to receive a full refund in store credit for their next purchase.
However, refunds do not apply to discounted or promotional items.
For International customer (Customers outside Hong Kong):You can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - you'll need to cover the shipping costs yourself. Please do not return the product without contacting us first. We will provide you with specific return address information (do not ship the return to the delivery address listed on the package).
Please note that the product you wish to return or exchange must meet the following criteria
- The product must be unused, with all original packaging and all authenticity labels and seals intact.
- Shoes must also be unmarked and returned in their original shoe box. Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping package. To ensure the correct shoe size, customers may try on the shoes on a carpet or soft surface, but Mr. Poco will not accept any shoes with signs of wear.
- Items in brand boxes must be returned in their original undamaged packaging as it is considered part of the product. Please note that items without the box or with damage may not be accepted.
- Customized, personalized, or pre-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- All returns are inspected upon arrival, and if the product is not in a new and original condition, a full refund will not be issued.
- Shipping fees for the order are non-refundable.
- Please do not return the product without contacting us first. We will provide you with specific return address information (do not ship the return to the delivery address listed on the package).
- Please ensure that the product is returned to us with a signed delivery receipt and obtain proof of shipment. We do not take responsibility for any products damaged during transit, so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure and reliable.
